About Rhythm health & performanceHealing Is a Process, Not a Procedure
A Different Approach to Chiropractic Services
We’re here for people who know something isn’t right — and want to understand why.
The body is designed to adapt, regulate, and heal when it’s supported instead of forced. That belief shapes everything we do.
Rhythm supports parents, kids, and families using gentle nervous system-focused chiropractic care that pays attention to how the nervous system influences sleep, digestion, movement, focus, emotional regulation, and much more.
This isn’t about quick fixes or one-size-fits-all solutions. It’s thoughtful, measured support that meets the body where it is and helps it move forward.
Our approach
what this care feels likeWhat shifts first is subtle — and meaningful.
At first, it's the simple things; your sleep feels deeper, your body less braced, your system settling more easily, days that feel a little lighter. Over time, those shifts add up — you feel rejuvenated, you see smoother recovery from stress, fewer meltdowns, more clarity. This is care that moves at a pace your system can integrate, so the changes you feel are steady and lasting.
meet dr. joe thompsonI’m Dr. Joe — and this work is deeply personal to me.
I became a chiropractor after seeing too many parents and kids feel rushed, dismissed, or told to wait when something clearly wasn’t right. With a background in biological sciences at Cornell University, I knew there had to be a more thoughtful way to support the body — one that actually listened.
My work focuses on the nervous system, with advanced training in perinatal and pediatric care, pregnancy support, upper cervical work, and extremities. But what matters most is how I practice: slowing down, paying attention, and building care around you — not a preset plan.
